Ingredients
2 cups apples, cored and diced (not peeled)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Method
In a bowl, mix the apples and the lemon juice. Add all the remaining ingredients.
Serves 4.
