Dishpan cookies

Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
4 cups cornflakes
Method
In a large bowl or pan combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Blend and sift flour, soda and salt. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly. Blend in the oats and cornflakes. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes at 325°.
Makes 9-12 dozen cookies.
