OK, so the “twelve days of Christmas” don’t officially start until the 25th or the 26th, depending on the source. But, what the heck, in the “spirit of Christmas Spirit” I figured I’d start early.
So, on the (whatever day of Christmas minus whatever days,) the Evil Princess can honestly say “My true love gave to me…”


It is good that I had enough survival awareness to give her more than that, because had that been all her Christmas presents, my return gift from her would have been more like:

Hey, a little whimsy and a little laughter go with the whole Christmas Spirit thing, right? I realize that some grim things are happening right now in the world of gun owners’ civil rights, but I also think we can wait until after Christmas to deal with them here.
