Eggnog

Ingredients
4 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 cup brandy (or whiskey or rum)
1/4 cup wine
4 egg whites
grated nutmeg or cinnamon
Method
Beat the egg yolks until light in color. Slowly beat in the sugar, cream, brandy, and wine. Whip the egg whites separately. Fold the egg whites into the other ingredients. Sprinkle with spices and serve.
