Apple ham salad

Ingredients
4 McIntosh or Liberty apples, cored and diced (not peeled)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups diced cooked ham
2/3 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
In a bowl mix the first 5 ingredients. Thoroughly mix oil and vinegar and add to apple ham mix. Serves 4.
