Grilled Chicken with Pineapple-Peach Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs, skinned
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup peach preserves

Method
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse thechicken and place in a pan or baking dish. (line with aluminum foil for easy cleanup)
Mix together the pineapple juice and peach preserves and pour over the chicken.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, basting frequently.
While the chicken is baking, preheat the grill so it will be ready when the hour is up.
After the hour baking time is up, remove the chicken from the oven, place on the grill over medium-high heat, and grill until lightly seared.
Serves 4.
