Yet, they were told that this bill was critical to the economy and so on. "We must do something!" they cried. My question is this: when the House members don't understand a bill, and yet it's forwarded as a "solution" who is setting the agenda? The POTUS is pushing these plans, without a deep understanding, the Senators can't tell you the details, so who is writing these bills and demanding these actions?
