		<description>I was thinking the same thing. Agencies can not mail order and still have paperwork to fill out, I don't care if it's for a shotgun, pistol  or a full auto weapon. With DC having so many local and federal agencies there has got to be more than a few FFL's but as you stated they probably do not care to do consumer sales.

DC is the DISTRICT of columbia...so actually going to VA or MD to purchase a weapon would not be crossing a state line when you get to think about it. Could it be as simple as that ???</description>
